A carnival funhouse gets a Mardi Gras inspired makeover.
ELITE SIGNS IN Portland, Oregon, put their magic touch on Funtastic Rides’ carnival funhouse, turning it into a Mardi Gras-themed wonderland for an upcoming event. The project took about 80 hours of extreme diligence to design due to the sheer number of unique cut lines and protrusions on the ride. To complete the installation, Elite Signs used a Roland DG TrueVIS VG2-640 wide-format printer/cutter onto 3M IJ180CV3 Controltac graphic film, coated with 3M 8518 Scotchcal gloss overlaminate. The end result is a stunningly colorful ride that drew in many carnival goers.
