The Curse of the Good-Humored Customer

We have a black hole customer (aka Jinx). He shows up when equipment is down. No matter what we do for him, something goes wrong. I finally called him out and told him he has bad mojo. He came in on Saturday as I was squeegeeing a two-up sign on vinyl. The first one was perfect, but the second bubbled and the vinyl wrinkled. He said, “I guess I am a jinx.” Still love his humor.
