I Think Something’s Missing Here…

Back in Germany at my very first job, we printed for all of Europe except the eastern part. We’d just send them the proofs and images, but they created the files. Once one graphic was still missing, and we proofed out “Placeholder – Image will follow” in a big magenta box. Guess what was hanging in the stores later?
