Seal Graphics has introduced Seal Inkjet Stoplight, a polyester/aluminum printing media for pop-up exhibit, banner-stand, and other flexible display graphics. Made of 100% opaque backing film with a “universal inkjet coating,” the media offers a bright white, quick-drying printable surface for dye- and pigment-based piezo and thermal inkjet printers. Inkjet Stoplight is available in rolls 38 and 51 in. wide in lengths from 25 to 100 ft, and in thicknesses of 8 and 12 mils.

Seal also has debuted its White on Black Foam Board, which features 11-pt clay-coated white paper sandwiching a black foam core. The new foam board can be used as a mounting substrate in rigid applications. It can also be directly printed on, using digital flatbed printers with UV-curable and solvent inks. This product has the same face stock as Seal's standard white foam board.

Laminating the printed pieces will significantly increase durability, reports Seal, and the company recommends any laminate in the Seal line. Seals suggests testing the media, inks, and laminate combinations before entering full production.

The 3/16-in. White on Black Foam Board comes in 40 x 60-in. or 48 x 96-in sheets.
