It's not every day a shop gets to wrap a Mammovan mobile mammography unit.

Medical Coaches wanted to accomplish three things with the branding of its Mammovan mobile mammography unit: draw attention, clearly convey the coach’s purpose, and create a calming, feminine setting. They turned to their longtime partner, Prolifiq Sign Studio, to produce an 1100-square-foot wrap that would fulfill these goals.

Prolifiq churned out graphics via its Roland Soljet Pro 4 XR-640 printer and laminated with a Royal Sovereign RSC-1400C; materials included Orajet 3551RA and 3951RA with Oraguard 290 laminate, and for the windows, Orajet 3675 with Oraguard 290GF laminate.

Jared Miller, VP of design and development, says the biggest challenge was a stubborn ladder on the back of the coach that couldn’t be removed for installation. All told, installation took one person roughly six days, working around the manufacturers as they finished the inside of the unit.
