Scanvec Amiable to Bundle Eye-One Display 2

Scanvec Amiable and GretagMacbeth have entered into an extended partnership in which the GretagMacbeth Eye-One Display 2 will be offered as a component of Scanvec Amiable's soft-proofing solutions, which are included in FlexiSIGN-PRO and select PhotoPRINT products.

The Eye-One Display 2 is a USB-powered colorimeter that works on both LCDs and CRTs thanks to its counterweight design. It features one-hand operation and an ambient light head that also acts as a dust protector. An enhanced sensor provides higher repeatability, faster measurements, and higher sensitivity in dark areas for better shadow control. The Eye-One Display 2 can be attached to displays with hoods by using its built-in suction cups to attach it directly to the monitor.

Included with the Eye-One Display 2 is Eye-One Match 3.0 Software, which features user-definable luminance settings, monitor profile summaries, profile reminders, automatic gray balance, an ambient light meter, multiple monitor profiling, and DDC/CI support for compatible monitors–one button push profiling.
