Samson Laminators from USI

USI has introduced its new Samson heated-roller laminator. The new heavy-duty, industrial-strength Sampson Plus 6300 is a 63-in. laminator that features four silicon rollers, stand, and foot pedal control for hands-free operation.

Capable of mounting, laminating, or encapsulating, this machine accommodates media up to 10-mil thick, and features a 30-min warmup time, variable speeds (up to 10 ft/min), reverse, three emergency-stop buttons, release liner rewind, and cutters to trim the edges of the document while laminating. The spring-loaded adjustable pressure on the laminating and pull rollers provide smooth, even results.

The Samson offers heated rollers as well as independent upper and lower electronic temperature controls with an LED display. It utilizes both pressure-sensitive and thermal laminating films.
