HP has introduced the HP Indigo Customer Forum, a new networking and user group “designed to help HP Indigo customers grow their businesses and use their equipment more efficiently.” A board of HP Indigo customers will run the forum in conjunction with HP. Jack Glacken, president of Today's Graphics in Philadelphia, has been named Forum president.

HP Indigo customers will be able to: share ideas and experiences regarding technical, business, marketing, and other issues; experience new opportunities to learn from experts on topics of interest; exchange best practices and ideas, learn about new applications, and communicate with industry peers.

“Our primary focus continues to be helping our customers to be successful, and the HP Indigo Customer Forum will complement all existing customer-support networks,” says Rich Raimondi, US commercial sales, Imaging and Printing Group, HP.

The company will officially launch the new forum at the upcoming Print 05. (HP Indigo Forum: www.hp.com/go/indigoforum)
