Food Truck Wraps: Healthy Scratch

Vinyl graphics prove mobile cuisine can fit into a balanced diet.

In “A Healthy Wrappetite,” Associate Editor Kiersten Feuchter dives into five food truck wraps created by Buffalo, New York-based Streamline Designs. All featured truck graphics were printed on a Roland Soljet Pro 4 XR-640, wrapped with 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3, and laminated with 3M Scotchcal Gloss Overlaminate 8518.

Streamline Designs' Chris Lorich calls the local food truck market “very saturated in certain areas,” but adds that “there’s still tons of room for expansion.” The owners of the Healthy Scratch food truck – daughters of the family that owns the Buffalo Sabres and Bills – decided to explore a niche that would satisfy something other than a late-night craving for grease. They serve smoothies, cold-pressed juices, gourmet toasts, and grab-and-go meals right in the heart of downtown Buffalo.
