EnviroLeather™ Launches ‘Design Your Own’ Custom Prints for Faux Leather

Portsmouth, NH: April 1, 2014 – EnviroLeather™ by LDI, a leader in PVC-free faux leather, launches its Custom Print Design Program, allowing designers to create their own exclusive print patterns with small runs and minimal cost. This is made possible by EnviroLeather’s™ new patent-pending, hybrid digital printing technology. The program is an “industry -first” in making exclusive prints on faux leather practical and affordable. The design process is easy,
flexible and environmentally friendly, by greatly reducing energy usage and replacing toxic solvents with water.

How it Works
To create their exclusive custom prints, designers send their design file artwork via email to [email protected]. Within two weeks EnviroLeather™ provides color samples to the designer. Once approved, they receive their own uniquely designed EnviroLeather™ within four to six weeks. The design process allows flexibility to easily change pattern size and color. The result is a luxurious, custom printed faux leather that is both vibrant in color and highly durable – providing excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. The minimum order is only 35 yards.

Easy-to-Use, Exclusive & Eco-friendly
This EnviroLeather™ technology will allow designers to create their own exclusive look with vibrant gradients and multiple colors within a pattern or logo. In addition, they can feel good that the material they are buying is designed to be more eco-friendly and will help contribute to LEED points. EnviroLeather™ contains no PVC, no plasticizers, no halogens, and no heavy metals. It also passes the stringent California 01350 indoor air quality test and contains
renewable material and post-consumer recycled content.
