47-Year-Old Arkansas Print Shop Acquired

Company’s clients include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Dave & Buster’s.

Large-format print shop Magna IV (Little Rock, Arkansas) has been acquired by Bluestem Integrated (Tulsa, Oklahoma), the companies announced.

The deal will allow Magna IV to expand its digital, label, and wide-format printing capabilities, a release said. Kristi Dannelley, owner and CEO of the 47-year-old shop, will oversee the transition of operations to Hal Salisbury, Bluestem president and founder. Bluestem will maintain Magna IV’s facilities and employees in Little Rock.

Bluestem provides web-enabled services with digital printing and finishing equipment as well as warehousing, kitting, and fulfillment. Magna IV offers offset, digital, and wide format printing along with direct mail services and on-site warehousing and fulfillment. Both companies offer online marketing portals to help clients centralize and streamline marketing needs.
