Tiara Group Launches Integrated Imaging Symposium

The Tiara Group has announced the dates and sites for its new Integrated Imaging Symposium, which ties together four key topics in the imaging-materials industry: toner, inkjet, media, and sustainability. The event will be held in Marina del Rey, California, May 4-6, 2009.

“We’ve structured this symposium to address four of the most important product lines in imaging markets and technology,” says Art Diamond, Tiara's chairman. “Trends in technology, the pressure of a weak economy worldwide, and the continuing growth of imaging markets in China, India, and Asia signal a strong demand for this all-in-one format.”

The event's toner and inkjet tracks will be run simultaneously while media, legal, and environmental topics will be featured on a common, single track. The symposium will comprise three general sessions; afternoon breakout sessions on critical topics in toner, inkjet ink, and media; and sessions on the increasing use of digital technologies among commercial print shops, legal issues, the continuing shift to color in toner and inkjet systems, sustainability, and image permanence.
