Spoonflower: Doing Our Part to Support The COVID-19 Healthcare Community

Over the past few weeks, we have seen an incredible surge in demand across all Spoonflower product lines. As people are spending more time in their homes, we are seeing more focus on home related projects which is driving up demand for our wallpaper and home decor products.  We are also seeing more of our maker community order more fabric by the yard to serve their customers as they are seeing more interest in their homemade goods. 

We’ve heard feedback from many of you that the service you are experiencing is not the normal Spoonflower.  Today, I want to focus on how we are investing to meet the needs of our customers as well as ensure we can continue to keep our team members safe.

In the video below, you will see our new space and the 3 new printers we’ve brought into our Durham, NC factory in record time.   In Berlin, Germany, we are expanding as well and will be investing in new equipment for our local factory along with additional team members in operations and customer service.

You have my commitment that we are aggressively working to get back to our normal levels of service.
