Signs By Tomorrow Announces Wrap Contest Finalists

Signs By Tomorrow has announced the top finalists for its “Imagine It… We Can Wrap It!” contest being held in conjunction with 3M and United Application Standards Group (UASG).

Finalists were chosen by a panel of judges from a pool of dozens of entries. Judging criteria includes: the story behind the wrap, originality, conditions of the object to be wrapped, and safety standards. Finalists include:
• The Children’s House at Johns Hopkins – The Believe in Tomorrow Children’s Foundation hopes to provide a glimpse into the lives of children undergoing cancer treatment by wrapping the corner of a building that serves as a temporary residence for those children and their families.
• Heroes On the Water Kayak – By wrapping a Hobie Revolution kayak used in fishing therapy, Purple Heart recipient and disabled veteran Jason Austin wants to give back to other wounded veterans.
• EDS Recycling Center – In an effort to encourage recycling and education, EDS wants to wrap one of 10 recycling dumpsters that will be placed in strategic locations around The Lariat Loop, a 40 mile scenic byway in Colorado.
• Theut Products Orange Truck– In honor of its 75th anniversary, Michigan-based concrete supplier Theut Products wants to wrap a truck to show its support of wind energy.
• The Freeway Dust Collector – King’s Cabinets owner Alan King would like to wrap his company’s large blue dust collector that faces a busy freeway in Orem, Utah.

To vote, visit the contest’s Facebook page. Voting ends Thursday, March 22. The winner will be announced March 25 and will receive a free wrap, design, and installation(up to 1,200 square feet of 3M graphic film and overlaminate, a $3,500 value) of the item they submitted courtesy of Signs By Tomorrow, 3M and UASG.
