SGIA has announced its annual Safety Recognition Program, a free plan created to promote awareness of safety in the workplace. SGIA members who enroll by January 31 will participate in a bimonthly checklist designed to help PSPs identify potential safety issues throughout their shops. Companies who submit each checklist through December 31 will receive the 2016 SGIA Safety Recognition Award.

“Participation in this program is key to running a successful operation,” says Marci Kinter, VP of government and business information, in a release. “Completing the program proves to insurers and clients alike that you are running a safe and trustworthy operation.”
