Vision Graphics has acquired Ogden Blue, the 65-year-old Utah company that supports architects, contractors, artists, and others with their printing and supply needs. Ogden Blue’s capabilities include small-format printing for business cards, brochures, envelopes etc., along with large-format printing for banners, canvas artists prints, and framing.

“We’re very excited about this acquisition and the synergies of these two companies moving forward. While our competitors are downsizing and focusing on cost cutting, Vision is growing and expanding,” says Guy Timothy, president of Vision Graphics. “Our capacity, diverse product offering and services will add capabilities to Ogden Blue’s diverse capabilities.

“We’re pleased to have Richard Scott continue as the face of Ogden Blue. His 29 years as the trusted resource servicing customers in the Ogden community
will be a great asset to our company.”

Ogden Blue has moved operations to a new location at 1435 Wall Avenue, Ogden, Utah.

Based in Salt Lake City, Vision Graphics offers: Lightjet photographic printing; UV ink output with multiple layering capabilities; flatbed printing for rigid substrates; i-Cut digital cutting; on-demand digital printing; dye-sublimation fabric and grand-format printing for wallscapes and billboards; and Latex high-res printing for giclee reproductions, wall graphics, and indoor and outdoor applications. Vision designed and produced the décor for the 2011-2014 NFL Pro Bowl events, and printed the graphics for five NFL Super Bowls, the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, the 2009 NHL All Star game, plus the 2009 Orange Bowl and BCS Championship games.
