Nekoosa Refreshed Overlaminates

Nekoosa has launched a refreshed Mojave Overlaminate Films Portfolio featuring calendered vinyl, polycarbonate film, and polyester media.

Calendered vinyl overlaminates are offered in 3.2-mil gloss, matte, and luster finishes with enhanced UV protection, plus UL 410 slip resistant-certified 4-mil clear film and 6-mil semi-rigid clear embossed media suitable for short-term indoor floor graphics. The 3.2-mil films are available in 60- and 54-in. rolls; the two floor graphic media options are offered in 54-in. rolls. 

Nekoosa offers 3-, 5-, and 10-mil velvet matte-finished polycarbonate films (formerly called RTape Eclypse) in widths of 38 or 51 in. Rated for two years of outdoor use, the overlaminate is engineered for durability, scratch resistance, and orange peel prevention with non-yellowing permanent solvent adhesive. Applications include roll-up banners and tradeshow panels.

Polyester optically clear overlaminates are designed for P-O-P displays, menu boards, restaurant signage, and more. The media is offered in a 1-mil, dry-erase-coated film in 54- and 60-in. widths as well as a 54-in. 2-mil configuration. Features include four years of indoor use and high-gloss, scratch-resistant finish.
