Mimaki has launched Mimaki Vision, a media line including a gloss vinyl print media, Mimaki Vision Vinyl; a matte and gloss laminate film, Mimaki Vision Laminate; and a UV gloss laminate film, Mimaki Vision Laminate 310. Mimaki Vision Vinyl is designed to offer stability, low shrinkage, strong adhesiveness with little residue upon removal, and weather durability. The vinyl features a two-sided PE coating liner to prevent moisture absorption. 

Mimaki Vision Laminate is engineered for solvent printing, while Mimaki Vision Laminate 310 is compatible with UV, solvent, and latex printing. The 310 laminate hinders silvering by reducing air bubbles while laminating over UV ink, according to Mimaki. Each media is available in 54- and 60-in. widths.
