A one-time JDF Developers Tutorial will be held April 24, 2005 in Sewickley, PA, in conjunction with the CIP4 members' Technical Meeting and Interoperability Meeting. Geared to companies wishing to develop their own JDF applications and keep pace with CIP4 members who already have introduced JDF-enabled products to the market, the event is aimed at engineers as well as technically savvy user, workflow consultants, and developers who are new to JDF.

Topics will include: JDF Structures, JDF Messaging, Prepress Operations and JDF, Pressroom Operations and JDF, Postpress Operations and JDF, and more. Instructors will include CIP4 Chief Technical Officer Rainer Prosi of Heidelberg, Steve Hiebert of Hewlett Packard, Henny van Esch of Optimus, Mark Bohan of PIA/GATF, and more to be announced.
