GlassPrint 2013 – Digital Solutions for Glass Decoration

GlassPrint 2013, Europe’s only dedicated event for the decoration of glass, will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany in November.

As glass manufacturers, glass decorators and glass processors look to cut production costs and make their processes more efficient, GlassPrint 2013 will present them with the latest options for using digital technology in comparison to traditional screenprinting methods.

As well as four high profile keynote speakers, highlights of the 16 technical presentations that will be of particular interest to those involved in digital printing include:

• Digital decoration on glass for indoor and outdoor applications (Durst).

• Digital decoration of glass containers with variable decors at industrial high- speed capacities
(Till).

• Curved surface direct product decoration using inkjet
(Global Inkjet Systems).

• UV curing on glass: UV-LED versus conventional UV technology
(Dr Hönle).

GlassPrint 2013 features even more presentations than the last event in 2011, which was deemed an outstanding success by the international audience of more than 170 glass professionals.
