EFI has announced Vutek HS125 Pro, Vutek GS3LX Pro LED, and EFI H1625-SD hybrid printers.

The Vutek HS125 Pro is a 10.5-ft hybrid roll/flatbed printer. Deemed by EFI as the fastest Vutek product ever developed, the machine prints up to 125 boards/hr in production quality mode (85 boards/hr in P-O-P quality print mode).

The Vutek HS125 Pro prints on rigid and flexible materials up to 2 in. thick and is designed for banners; bus shelters; day and night backlits; double-sided banners; exhibition, display, and P-O-P graphics; and posters.

The Vutek HS125 Pro has eight channels, including two white, and inline multilayer printing with resolutions of 600 or 1000 dpi and grayscale print capability.

Other features include:

• An automated six-zone vacuum table;
• Pin & Cure imaging technology for high-quality reproduction;
• Variable gloss modes without a reduction in productivity;
• Media handling options, from 3/4 loading and unloading to fully automated loading and unloading;
• And standard multiqueue on-demand functionality for multijob printing.

The EFI Vutek GS3LX Pro LED is a 10.5-ft hybrid, high-end printer offering max. versatility to support higher volumes and shorter lead times, according to EFI.

The GS3LX can print on materials up to 2 in. thick and features 8 colors plus white and multilayer printing (600 or 1000 dpi) with 12-pL grayscale print technology.

Designed for commercial/industrial graphics, long-term outdoor graphics, packaging, and more, the GS3LX is multiroll capable (two 60-in. rolls) and prints 3400 sq ft/hr in express mode (94 boards/hr) and 2300 sq ft/hr in production mode (64 boards/hr).

Both printers include EFI’s Fiery proServer with Fiery XF Production RIP and color management workflow. The new UltraFX Technology is an inline clear print technology that enhances the visual impact of printed images and reduces the appearance of unwanted visual artifacts without adding extra time or costly steps to the production process, according to EFI.

The EFI H1625-SD is an entry-level production, 5-ft UV hybrid that prints flexible and rigid materials up to 65 in. wide and 2-in. thick. The hybrid prints 247 sq ft/hr with 4 colors plus white standard and four- or eight-level variable drop grayscale printing capability (1200 dpi).

Features EFI SuperDraw UV Inks with elongation characteristics, adhesion and post-draw opacity, and it withstands forming, heating, stretching, cracking, and chipping, according to EFI.
