Customer’s Tantrum Catches Print Pro by Surprise

I had a customer who walked in and demanded to speak to someone about a job that just wasn’t to his liking. He did everything besides stomp his feet and throw a tantrum. I calmly asked him what was wrong after his rant. I grabbed all the correspondence from that job, his notes, and all the changes. We went over everything! We sat at my desk, going over all the changes he made. After more than an hour of discussion, we came to the conclusion that he was at fault. We did everything he had asked, but he was still adamant that we were in the wrong. After explaining over and over that everything was to his specs, he let out the biggest and longest growl I had ever heard a grown man make, and he was at least 50 years old! He did come in a couple days later and apologize for his behavior, but I knew it was crap.
