Banner American's Entry 4500 Laminator

The ENTRY 4500 large-format laminating/mounting machine from Banner American Products is designed for the entry-level laminator operator but offers many of the same features found on the company's higher-end models. The 45-in. wide machine can mount, laminate, and encapsulate output from 36-, 42- and 44-in. inkjet printers. With a list price of $6879, the unit enables smaller shops to add laminating wide-format prints to their roster of value-added services.

The laminator feature top and bottom heat, with electronic heat control and LCD readouts, 3- 7/8-in. diameter silicone heated rollers, a clear polycarbonate safety shield, and emergency stops on both sides. The device can mount graphics on materials up to 1/4 in. thick. An optional take-up roller is available for removing liners from pressure-sensitive films.
