Aopen Introduces the eTile

Aopen has introduced the eTile, an ultra-thin, multi-purpose and multi-touch PC tile that is engineered for retail environments. Available in 15.6- and 19-in. sizes, and weighing in at just 30-mm thick, the eTile features an Intel Core Processor and can power in-store P-O-S/P-O-P and kiosk environments concurrently and run a full-sized video wall independently, the company reports. It does not require an enclosure or kiosk; it can be used standalone, embedded into a table, or as a surface device.

Other features include: powered USB; built-in cable management (no visible ports); built-in speaker; dust-resistant and water/splash proof; 3G, 4G, and WiFi options; rich analytics and more.
