LexJet has updated its Sunset Photo Paper line, including the Sunset Photo eSatin, Sunset Photo Gloss, and Sunset Photo Semi-Matte papers. All of the papers are now thicker, heavier, and optimized for the latest inkjet printer technology from Canon, Epson, and HP, the company reports. Sunset Photo eSatin (featuring a satin finish similar to E-surface papers used in traditional darkroom printing) and Sunset Photo Gloss (high-gloss for maximum impact) now weigh in at 300g and are 11.5-mils thick; Sunset Semi-Matte (smoother finish than eSatin) is 270g and 10.5-mils thick. All three papers are available in a variety of sizes, from 8.5 x 11 in.-sheets to 60-in. x 100-ft rolls.

The company also has updated and improved its line of production inkjet photo papers, optimizing for the latest aqueous inkjet technology. Its 8-mil Production Satin Photo Paper, 8-mil Production Gloss Photo Paper, 8-mil ImagePro Satin, and 8-mil ImagePro Gloss are now heavier and thicker, making them easier to handle in production and provide greater perceived value to end-use customers. They also feature a new microporous coating for instant drying and an improved white point for wider color gamut, greater contrast and shaper image quality. Available in widths from 24 to 60 in., and in 100- and 200-ft rolls.
