Lampe Textiles has developed Squid transparent self-adhesive window fabric. Squid can be applied directly to windows and walls and is compatible with UV, eco-solvent, and latex printers. Lampe reports the material is fire-retardant and moisture- and heat-resistant. The material reflects up to 36% of solar energy while allowing natural light in, according to the company. Squid is designed for transparency from the inside and privacy from the outside, comparable to frosted glass.

Squid is available in 51-in. widths in five colors: Chalk, Bone, Oak, Ash, and Rock. Applications include , and more.
