Spectral Ink has introduced its solvent-based pigmented inks, designed for a variety of large and grand-format inkjet printers. The inks are compatible with Hitachi, Xaar, Spectra, and Epson printheads, carry a 2-yr outdoor durability, and are compatible with most standard market substrates. The inks offer a broad color gamut, ease of maintenance, and wide coverage (less ink for more sq ft); they also help extend printhead life due to quick dry times, says Spectral.

The company offers inksets for: Nur Salsa, Fresco, Blueboard, Outboard, and Wideboard; HP Scitex Grandjet, XLjet, Idanit, and Press Jet; all solvent-based Vutek; Oce Arizona 90 and 180 series; Mutoh Toucan; Gandinnovations Jeti 3300/5000; Mimaki JV3; and selected DGI, Infiniti, Skyjet, ISI, and Seiko printers.
