Mimaki has revealed the UJV55-320, a 128-in. UV-LED inkjet printer for producing oversized graphics on a variety of materials. The machine offers 7 ink colors, CMYKcm + white, for multilayer printing. Mimaki’s LUS-120 UV-LED inks, offered in 3-L reservoirs, are scratch resistant, VOC free, and reportedly 170% flexible. Print speeds reach up to 1184 sq ft/hr. The printer also offers simultaneous dual-roll imaging for rolls up to 60 in. wide.

The UJV55-320 features Mimaki Advance Pass System 4, Mimaki Fine Diffusion 1 dithering technique, and waveform control for smooth image quality. Mimaki Circulation Technology circulates white ink at regular intervals for more stable printing; the machine also features a nozzle check unit and recovery system.

Additional features include a built-in LED light for checking backlit signage during printing and Gigabit Ethernet for multiple printer connections.
