Mactac has introduced the Permacolor ColorGard Luv series of overlaminates designed to hinder color shifting. The 3.2-mil clear PVC film features acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for 5 to 7 years of outdoor durability. The Luv series is available in three finishes: Luv8000 Gloss Series, Luv8100 Matte Series, and Luv8200 Lustre Series. The line is engineered to offer protection from abrasion, moisture, and UV light for prints in indoor or outdoor environments, according to the company. Available in 51-, 54-, and 60-in. widths.
