Inca Digital has announced the launch of the Inca Onset R40LT wide-format, flatbed, UV printer, which is designed for companies considering a mid-range digital flatbed machine.

The 63-in. Onset R40LT offers a choice of 4 to 8 colors, is capable of print speeds up to 265 sq m/hr, and can print on substrates up to 2 in. thick – equivalent to 40 full-bed sheets/hr – in manual mode (0.7 in. thick using automation).

Its features include 14 pL Fujifilm Dimatix Spectra printheads, a 15-zone vacuum table, a UV sensor system, mechanical substrate height detectors, and a choice of 18 different models and three different handling systems, based on the Onset Scaleable Architecture platform.

The new printer is available now from Fujifilm, Inca's exclusive global distribution partner.
