Roland DGA has added HeatSoft Plus heat transfer material (HTM3) and polyester transfer mask (PTM2) for printing image transfers for T-shirts, sports apparel, and accessories. The eco-solvent-printable polyurethane HTM3 is designed to stretch and weed easily, and is compatible with cotton, polyester, poly-blend, spandex, Lycra, and leather materials. It is reportedly durable up to 50 wash cycles and is CPSIA-certified for use on products for infants and children. The PTM2 transfer mask is designed to ensure dimensional stability of HTM3; the polyester mask features a medium-tack adhesive. Both products are available in up to 54-in. widths.
