Avery Dennison Graphics has added two Easy Apply Technology calendered products to its digital media portfolio: MPI 2903 Gloss Easy Apply and MPI 2923 Matte Easy Apply. Both films are solvent adhesive for permanent adhesion performance on a wide variety of substrates and offer opacity via a gray adhesive. They’re suited for floor, P-O-P, and window graphics, in addition to wall and indoor/outdoor signage; the films’ high opacity allows them to cover existing graphics, the company reports.

MPI 2903 Gloss and MPI 2923 Matte Easy Apply are available in three widths: 30-, 54-, and 60-in. Custom configurations are also available.

In addition, the company has added two new digital overlaminates, DOL 1370 Luster and DOL 1380 Matte. Both offer: adhesion to UV-curable inkjet prints, eliminating the “silvering” effect caused by some overlaminates; resistance to abrasion, scratching, and UV-light; and are compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable inks. All are suitable for vehicle graphics as well as indoor and outdoor applications, says Avery.

The 1.3-mil overlaminates are available in 75-ft rolls in 48- and 54-inch widths, and 150-ft rolls in 48-, 54-, and 60-in widths.
