Mondrian Canada, Inc., the distributor and supplier of reprographic systems as well as wide-format printers and consumables, has merged with Treck.Hall Limited, the Canadian distributor of conventional photographic, large-format inkjet, and digital-imaging supplies and equipment to form Mondrian-Hall, Inc. John J. Ford III, the former CEO of Charrette, has been appointed CEO of Mondrian-Hall, while Richard A. Johnson, Charrette’s former CFO, has been appointed the new company’s COO.

“The combination of these two companies provides customers with the broadest range of wide-format imaging products in Canada, with distribution centers across the country for quick delivery and the most comprehensive technical services available,” says Ford. “I look forward to working with the Mondrian-Hall management team to increase revenue, expand services, and position the company as the one-stop choice for technical and graphic design equipment, supplies, and technical support in Canada.”

“We at Treck.Hall are extremely excited about the opportunities available to the new company,” says John Hall, president of Treck.Hall Limited. “Treck.Hall has made great strides in the large-format printing market over the last few years, but the addition of Mondrian Canada’s expertise and product portfolio will take us to a new level. We look forward to the addition of Jack Ford and Richard Johnson to the team and the wealth of experience they bring.”

Mondrian Canada is an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, a capital investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments.
