Memjet and Fuji Xerox Rollfed Prototype Debuts

In addition to partnering with Océ and Xanté, Memjet has also partnered with Fuji Xerox – which distributes Fuji Xerox and Xerox products and services throughout the Asia Pacific region – for the development of a wide-format printer featuring Memjet technologies. Fuji Xerox is integrating Memjet components into a rollfed 42-in. wide-format solution targeted at technical and production graphics applications. Top speed will be 300 mm/sec at 800 x 1600 dpi, or 150 mm/sec at 1600 x 1600 dpi, the company reports. A machine prototype was shown at the Caldera booth.
