Mactac debuted its Rebel series of 4-mil vinyl media that features a high-opacity face stock and a special adhesive to meet a wide range of application surfaces; the media also features optimized lay-flat properties. The Rebel media works with UV screen, solvent, and eco-solvent printers. Rebel is available in gloss white, matte white, and gloss clear finishes, and in 54- and 60-inch widths. Economy and Intermediate series are available.

The company also expanded its MacMark 8300 series of 2.8-mil calendared vinyl marking films, adding 13 new colors including Apricot, Sandstone, Lavender, Copenhagen Blue, Butterfly Blue, Powder Blue, Nautical Blue, Seafoam Green, Vibrant Green, Flame Red, Raspberry, and Mouse Grey. Available in 15-, 24-, 30- and 48-inch widths.

Additionally, Mactac has been named an HP Registered Latex Developer, which means that company tests and profiles its media for printing on HP’s family of Latex printers.
