InteliCoat Technologies has introduced Magic DMBL5, a 6.5-mil, satin, instant-dry film that’s ideal for indoor and outdoor backlit applications. Water-resistant, DMBL5 features a satin print surface that allows for maximum ink density, vivid color, and high image resolution, the company reports. Magic DMBL5 is designed for water-based pigment ink systems compatible with pigmented inks. Available in 24-, 36-, 42-, 50, and 60-in. widths.

The company also has re-introduced its Magiclée Torino 21G satin 21-mil poly/cotton, heavy textured, artist stretch canvas. The new and improved Torino 21G canvas has a two-over-one weave pattern, making it more pliable and easier to stretch and wrap. The canvas is compatible with water-based thermal/piezo technology supporting either dye or pigmented inks. It’s ideal for portraits, fine-art reproductions, museum art, heavy-duty indoor signage, photo displays, and maps, says InteliCoat.
