Ink Big Spreads into Liquid Coatings

Ink Big, third-part ink manufacturer, has recently unveiled liquid coatings–IntegoLP and UltraMatte. Both can be used for solvent and UV-curable digital prints on banner vinyl, are applied manually or machine-applied by liquid laminators, are clear coatings, and offer up to 5-year outdoor durability.

IntegoLP is a clear liquid polymer coating that is 100% solvent-free with zero VOCs, which complies with California AQMD regulations and supports the Clean Air Act. The product requires no dilution and air dries in approximately 20 min. It's available in gloss or matte finishes and protects an average of 705 sq ft/gal.. Ink Big has also designed IntegoLP to be used on water-based ink printed on inkjet-receptive paper for the wallpaper market.

UltraMatte is a clear liquid coating for use on vinyl and other substrates including vinyl wallpaper. It utilizes Ink Big's proprietary NanoMatte Non-Settling technology, which keeps the product from settling out. Ink Big claims that end-users will find UltraMatte produces a high transparency with the lowest gloss from a liquid clear coating. It's available in a gloss finish. (Ink Big: www.inkbigco.com)
