GMG has released the CoZone 2.2 cloud platform, allowing users to approve content and images via the cloud. Max. image resolution has been increased to 7000 pixels, but users who need to review image data in detail for wide-format output can increase to 15,000 pixels. The software features a locally installable SoftProofing Agent tool that enables users to log in via the cloud by a simple mouse click, according to the company; the ProofStudio review tool automatically shows the last screen calibration and if it requires renewal; a status symbol on every image file indicates validity of calibration; and zoom extends to 500%.
