Gerber Technology has launched the Atria digital cutter, part of a connected platform integrating Industry 4.0 and IoT technology with Gerber’s AccuMark 2D and 3D, AccuNest, and AccuPlan pattern design, cut planning, and nesting software to connect mass production workflows from CAD to the cut room, the company reports. Designed to integrate data management, improve nesting and workflow efficiencies, reduce waste, and cut production costs, the cutter offers zero buffer cutting at full speed for many materials, such as vegan leather, denim, synthetics, workwear, and more.
