Gail Flower Joins 'Screen Printing' Magazine as Editor

ST Media Group International, a Cincinnati-based publisher of information products for the design and signage and graphics industries, and parent company to The Big Picture, has announced that Gail Flower has joined the staff of Screen Printing magazine as editor. Flower brings more than 20 years of experience editing high-tech publications in the electronics industry and other fields, most recently working as editor-in-chief of SMT and Advanced Packaging magazines for PennWell Corp. in Nashua, New Hampshire.

She’s familiar with applications such as flex circuits, membrane switches, RFID, and solar cell production—all areas where screen printing and other imaging processes are growing rapidly.”

Gail will be responsible for developing and managing the editorial content for the Screen Printing family of information products:

• Screen Printing magazine, providing printing companies in the advertising graphics, industrial, and apparel decorating industries with management and technical advice since 1953
• Screenweb (www.screenweb.com), the most heavily trafficked informational website for printers in the specialty graphics industry since 1996

Other industry-leading titles that Gail has edited in her career include Infection Control Today, Modern Car Care, Stagecraft, the Journal of Healthcare Resource Management, and Infection Control and Sterilization Technology. She has been a frequent speaker at electronics events and has worked extensively with industry associations such as SMTA and ISHM. She is a graduate of The College of Wooster.
