Esko has presented WebCenter 18, updated packaging management software for brand owners, premedia, and converters. An enhanced review and approval process includes project status and reviewer input. The software identifies bottlenecks by tracking reasons for rejection and the number of approval iterations, and speeds up the revision process by contacting the right stakeholder to conduct a revision after a client rejection. 3D models show reviewers their product as it will look in the final version. Additional features include built-in and custom templates; Graphic Content Management to centralize artwork data and merge to templates; and instant messaging function which tracks project comments.
