Creo's Darwin VI Tool for InDesign CS

Creo has introduced a version of its Darwin VI authoring tool that enables Adobe InDesign CS users to design, author, and manage personalized variable-information documents. The plug-in application runs on Mac OS X and turns Adobe InDesign documents into variable-data documents–letting users design their layouts in their familiar InDesign program and then embedding the variable information with the drag-and-drop operations of Darwin VI. The application handles large databases such as those used in targeted marketing and promotional campaigns with its standalone database engine and features a new Apple Aqua-based user interface.
