Caldera New Software Releases

Updates including CalderaJobs compatibility with Windows plus 42 new Print & Cut drivers.

CalderaRIP version 15.1 offers updates including CalderaJobs compatibility with Windows, an improved nesting algorithm to reduce waste, and support for Verso cutters, plus 42 new Print & Cut drivers. The company has also released version 1.14 of CalderaDock toolbox to manage Cladera software licenses and installation. CalderaCare subscribers have access to additional features including multipage PDF file submission directly to CalderaRIP, Use Printer S&R feature for faster RIP’ing when producing repeating patterns, Image Step&Repeat in VisualCut to streamline the cutting head path, and one-click job rotation to streamline two-step workflows.

In addition, Caldera has unveiled PrimeCenter 2.0 prepress software with redesigned user interface with better separation between recipe configuration and recipe content and dark/light mode, expanded OS support (including Windows 11 and macOS Monterey), faster nesting, new Recipe queue for PrimeCenter Pro and Max packages, and a range of flexible fixups for file preparation for printing and cutting.
