CADlink Technology has released a UV edition of its Digital Factory RIP software. The set of features designed for a UV-specific workflow includes:
• Automated underbase support for .pdf and .eps workflows;
• Advanced color management for handling white and clear inks;
• Automated black background feature that blends black artwork into black substrates;
• Support for bitmap and vector files;
• Direct printing capabilities from any design application;
• And support for Mutoh, Mimaki, and Roland printers.
