Azonprinter’s Azon Matrix UV-LED series offers the capability to print objects up to 7.87 in. tall. Offered in three bed sizes (27.5 x 75 in., 27.5 x 98.5 in., and 47 x 130 in.), the line images onto materials including PET, ABS, polycarbonate, TPU, wood, stone, glass, canvas, ceramic, aluminum, and leather. The company reports a max. resolution of 2880 dpi. Ink is configured with CMYK + dual white + dual clear.

The Matrix series is also designed with a monoblock structure that allows the system to be relocated on a regular basis. Additional features include a dual security mode for automatic media thickness detection and head protection, an automated ink recirculation system, and six 500-mL bulk ink tanks with monitoring sensors.

Azon RIP software offers printing up to five layers and raised printing up to 0.08 in. for Braille applications.

The Rotax adapter for cylindrical printing on objects ranging in diameter from 1.61 to 5 in. is optional.
