Xerox Introduces 60-lb. Text Coated Paper

Xerox Corporation has added a 60-lb text (90gsm) coated paper to its Xerox Digital Color Select Gloss product line.

The paper has been specifically engineered to deliver top performance in high-speed digital color systems such as the Xerox iGen3 90 and 110 digital production presses. It features a 90 brightness and a blue-white shade, as well as a coating for smoothness and toner adhesion. The lightweight paper is designed for use in the production of magazine pages, marketing brochures, catalogs and children’s books-applications that are more typically executed on offset presses, reports Xerox.

In addition to the iGen3 digital presses, Xerox Digital Color Select Gloss 60-lb text runs on Xerox's DocuColor 8000, 7000, 5000, 6060, 2060, and 2045 digital presses. The product is offered in 17 x 11-in. and 18 x 12-in. sizes.
