Xerox Corporation has debuted its iGen4 EXP digital press. Built on its iGen 4 platform, the new EXP offers a 14.33 x 26-in. sheet size, allowing it to produce multi-up jobs such as full-size tri-fold brochures, postcards, greeting cards, book covers/jackets, and more. Its print speed also has been accelerated, to 120 A4 (8.5 x 11 in.) impressions per minute. The EXP also features: the ability to feed media from a modified paper tray or roll systems; an automated Web-to-finish solution, using Xerox FreeFlow Digital Workflow; and integration with Adobe PDF print engine. Current users will be able to convert their traditional iGen4 units to EXP presses, Xerox reports.
