X-Rite Reveals New Version of ColorCert Suite

X-Rite Pantone has released version 2.7 of its ColorCert Suite, a collection of software products designed to aid package printers with color and print quality control and reporting. New features include:

• Substrate standards are now optional for spot color workflows, allowing users to measure, but not score, the material;
• The BestMatch feature, offering guidance relating to ink density and target colors;
• New metrics, including ink strength, white ink opacity, and whiteness;
• And connectivity to X-Rite InkFormulation Software, designed to improve communication between the press and ink departments.

Printvinyl Scored Print Media

New Printvinyl Scored wide-format print media features an easy-to-remove scored liner for creating decals, product stickers, packaging labels, and more. The precision-scored liner, with a 1.25” spacing on a 60” roll, guarantees a seamless and hassle-free removal process.
