SGIA Digital Expo Will Take Place in Phoenix, December 8"?10.

New event will feature suppliers of printers and consumables.

The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) will host the SGIA Digital Expo in Phoenix, AZ, December 8-10 of this year. This new event, which will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center, falls on the heels of the cancellation of SGIA 05 in New Orleans, which was canceled in the wake of the damage to New Orleans and the rest of the Gulf Coast by Hurricane Katrina.

The Digital Expo will bring together new technology and applications, and provide insight “that will lead to solid, profitable buying decisions,” says Michael Robertson, SGIA president. “The result will be a cutting-edge exposition hall, first-rate education, and a phenomenal networking opportunity “? all focused on making the best decisions for a digital-imaging operation.”

As of September 20, the event website listed 60 exhibitors, including printer manufacturers as well as suppliers of media and inks.
