Visitors to the forthcoming PRINTING United event in the USA will have the opportunity to see a range of innovative products from SENFA – in an environment designed to showcase how businesses can beat their competition.

The new trade show from the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) which builds on previous successful SGIA Expo events, PRINTING United will bring together professionals from across the entire printing sector – from apparel to wide-format graphics to industrial printing. It will take place in Dallas, TX from October 23rd to 25th 2019.

As a leader in coating technologies and technical textiles, SENFA will show how businesses in several of these key markets can lead the field too – in an entertaining sports-themed stand (Booth 7856). There will also be an emphasis on sustainability and how using the right materials can make a big impact on a space, including fireproofing capabilities. All SENFA products comply with regulations including an M1 fire rating.

Among SENFA’s flagship products on display at PRINTING United will be Sublimis, a fabric designed for both transfer and direct sublimation printing with no ink migration. This smooth and thin coated media is a must-have product for producing stunning backlit displays – especially in retail applications – with dark deep shades and punchy colours.

Alongside this will be Altimis: a new version of Sublimis made from recycled polyester, giving print service providers an exciting opportunity to offer an extra eco-friendly product to their customers. Made from plastic bottles – with one bottle totalling one square metre of fabric – Altimis delivers the same outstanding performance as Sublimis with a lower carbon footprint. According to a study conducted by Plastic Europe, one tonne of recycled PET bottle equals a CO2 saving of 2.29 tonnes, a significant figure.

Other new products from SENFA on show at PRINTING United include Theater Black Back, a lightweight product with a solid black back to totally block out light, which is printable on the textile side with either UV curable or direct sublimation technologies, and Grey Back, a semi-opaque woven fabric material developed for eye-catching frontlit displays such as banners and exhibition booths.

The SENFA stand will also demonstrate why Pearl Soft is so popular. This media for light boxes, with great compatibility with UV ink, is an essential product with millions of square metres sold around the world.

Based in France, SENFA is currently building on its strong European foundation by expanding into the USA, with PRINTING United a valuable opportunity for professionals on this region to discover the SENFA range.
